Polaris Realty Capital (“PRC”), alongside its longtime strategic partner SFO Capital Partners (“SFO”) of the UK, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Citizen House Bergstrom, a 414-unit multifamily community located in Austin, Texas.

This is PRC’s & SFO’s second acquisition in 2025 and their 24th joint multifamily investment to date, further solidifying their track record of identifying and executing on compelling opportunities across targeted growth markets in the U.S.

Citizen House Bergstrom benefits from strong occupancy, durable cash flow, and exposure to one of the fastest-growing economies in the nation. Austin’s projected employment and GDP growth from 2025–2030 are among the highest in the U.S., providing a strong foundation for long-term performance. PRC & SFO were able to source and execute on this unique acquisition through its deep & long-standing local relationships in Texas.
